Refund and Replacement

When an item is purchased, it has to be returned within 3 days if the purchaser is not pleased with their purchase.

If the item is NOT opened, then a full refund will be granted. If the item is opened, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

When an item is being returned, it is important that item is intact and NOT damaged. The item should also resemble a new item.
